Education: 1987-1992. - Russian Federation, Voronezh State Agrarian University, Faculty of "Veterinary Medicine", specialty "Veterinary Doctor" (with honors).

Experience:

 

-        1992-1994  - veterinary doctor in Agdam district.

-        1994-2000. - veterinary surgeon-therapist of the State border service, veterinary administration.

-        2000 – 2008 - Chief veterinarian - epidemiologist of the State border service, Department of veterinary medicine.

-        2008 - 2021 - State border service, head of veterinary administration;

-        2022 - 07.2025 - senior lecturer of the Academy of the State Border Service (teaching discipline: "Basic military veterinary medicine").

Research work: "Organization and effective functioning of subsidiary farms in the Border Service" - 2025.
