Reproduction and Artificial Insemination
This department covers reproductive biology, mating management, estrus tracking, semen collection, evaluation and storage, and artificial insemination techniques in animals. Students receive both theoretical and hands-on training in estrus detection, fertility enhancement, genetic improvement, and disease prevention. Advanced reproductive biotechnologies such as spermatology, embryo transfer, and ovulation tracking are also taught. Artificial insemination is a vital application for breeding, productivity, disease control, and economic animal production.
