International Academic Cooperation Protocol Signed Between Khazar University and Ankara University
On October 2, 2025, an International Cooperation Protocol was signed between Khazar University and Ankara University with the aim of developing joint activities in academic, scientific, and cultural fields.
The protocol was signed by Prof. Dr. Hamlet Isaxanli, Founder of Khazar University, and Prof. Dr. Necdet Ünüvar, Rector of Ankara University.
The signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Tamer Dodurka, Advisor to the Rector of Khazar University; Hidayet Şimşek, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Hasvet Medical Inc.; Dr. Chichak Aliyeva, Dean of the Hasvet Faculty of Veterinary Medicine; Yunusemre Büyükballı, Member of the Board of Directors of Hasvet Medical; Prof. Dr. Necmettin Ünal, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Ankara University; as well as all other faculty deans.
Within the scope of the protocol, it is aimed to promote student and faculty exchanges, joint research projects, scientific meetings, and collaboration in academic publications. In particular, the cooperation envisions the exchange of knowledge and experience across various disciplines, especially in veterinary medicine and basic sciences.
Through this significant agreement, Khazar University continues to strengthen its international academic collaborations, while the partnership established with Ankara University is expected to create new opportunities for both institutions in scientific and educational domains.
