nternational Academic Cooperation Protocol Signed Between Khazar University and Kırıkkale University
On October 3, 2025, an International Cooperation Protocol was signed between Khazar University and Kırıkkale University with the aim of developing joint activities in academic, scientific, and cultural fields.
The protocol was signed by Prof. Dr. Hamlet Isaxanli, Founder of Khazar University, and Prof. Dr. Ersan Aslan, Rector of Kırıkkale University.
The signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Tamer Dodurka, Advisor to the Rector of Khazar University; Hidayet Şimşek, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Hasvet Medical Inc.; Dr. Chichak Aliyeva, Dean of the Hasvet Faculty of Veterinary Medicine; Yunus Emre Büyükballı, Member of the Board of Directors of Hasvet Medical; Prof. Dr. Barış Kürüm, Product Manager of Hasvet Surgical Equipment; Prof. Dr. Serkan Erat, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Kırıkkale University; as well as other faculty deans.
Within the scope of the protocol, it is aimed to promote student and faculty exchanges, joint research projects, scientific meetings, and collaboration in academic publications. In particular, the cooperation envisions the exchange of knowledge and experience across various disciplines, especially in veterinary medicine and basic sciences.
